I've never met the guy and he's entitled to his opinions. However I've mentioned before that I have never played a disc golf course I didn't like. The reason is this, we all know how much work and time it takes for a club or individuals to propose, design, layout, install and maintain a course. That being said I have played many courses where there were things about it I didn't like. It's nice that Ben has the ability to travel and play so many courses (hell I'm a little jealous), but he's doing it to BLOG about his travels. Playing any course 1 time does not make someone an expert on it. I wonder how many courses he has designed, layed out and installed? Just my take on this.

Thats funny!!! Bobby I gotta get you a wide-brimmed hat, some bellbottoms, and a polyester vest--- so you look like a pimp.

so people dont like hearing stories about things the person telling has done? i guess i dont have a big vocab either, cuz usually when play withsomeone for the 1st time.... "i got a 2 on #11 during the CNY's, i split the uprights of the 1st tree" i tell that story alot, people seem to like it. or maybe i just like telling it..... LOL  Grin

but i like hearing others tell me stories of thier career highlights... but in Bens case i would rather like hearing " i met this really cool guy in Rochacha the other day, he was brown" LOL or something like that..... if you are traveling playing 1000 courses those are the stories people want to hear. not "i shot a 49 at this course, that sucked, but the locals love it" or something like that..... LOL
